2. How can I track my order?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 2-4 business days. A confirmation email is sent to you by our logistics company once the order has been dispatched.

3. How can I cancel my order?

We sincerely hope that this need does not arise. However, you can cancel your order by writing to us at sales@wonderskin.in with your order number. If an order has been dispatched, a cancellation request will not be accepted.

4. How can I replace my items?

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at sales@wonderskin.in within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange).

5. Expected time period for a refund to be successful?

All approved refund credits will be made in the original Method of Payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

6. Are the products completely Natural?

All our products are made with plant based natural ingredients and are free from all kinds of harmful chemicals. We DO NOT use Harmful Chemicals, Artificial Color, Mineral Oil, Paraben, Synthetic Fragrance, Raw minerals, Artificial fragrance & Animal fat.

7. Are the products tested on Animals?

We are completely against Animal experiment, thus we do not use our products on animals for testing purpose.

8. Are the products free from Metals?

We are glad to inform you that we have conducted heavy metals testing on all our products and have certificates to show that we score zero on all heavy metals tests.

9. What measures does Wonderskin take to ensure the quality of product is Genuine?

We at Wonderskin are fully dedicated to our customers satisfaction. We assure you that Wonderskin products are 100% genuine and authentic. We do not sell any grey market products. We buy our inventory directly from the manufacturers& we have the License to sell them India.

10. How does Wonderskin ensure that the products are not damaged during delivery?

We at Wonderskin maintain a very high level of quality control and thorougly check the packaging at 2 steps, first at the time of packing & then at the time of dispatch. To ensure the products are delivered to you undamaged during the shipping process, we wrap each product in individual bubble wrap and then pack them in an outer box / package.

11. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

When you confirm your order after payment process, the page will appear with your order ID. You will also receive the confirmation email & SMS from Wonderskin regarding your order and all the details.

12. Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?

Yes, You can add your favourite products to your Wishlist for future purchase purpose. The availability of products in wishlist may differ from time to time in respect to stock of that product in store.
